Milii Group, established in 2024, is a proudly Indigenous-owned company based in Western Australia. We specialise in civil construction, project management, and plant, equipment, and labour hire services.

Grounded in Indigenous culture and values, we bring a unique approach to the civil construction industry. Our connection to the land and commitment to community shape the way we work, focusing on sustainability, respect, and empowerment.

Our mission is to create local employment, promote sustainable practices, and deliver high-quality services. We aim to leave a positive impact on both the community and the environment while honouring our heritage. As we grow, we remain dedicated to inspiring future generations through our work.

The name “Milii” is inspired by the Underwoodisaurus Milii, or thick-tailed gecko, a species from Cundeelee, Western Australia—a region of deep cultural significance to Milii Group’s founders, Murray and Jarrod. The gecko symbolises resilience, adaptability, and our strong connection to the land and culture.

We also draw identity from our maternal heritage as Badimia people, Traditional Owners of Western Australia's Mid West. Our culture is guided by a deep connection to Country shaping community life.
