Batavia Coast Marina Stage 2, Phase 1

Batavia Coast Marina Stage 2 (BCM2) has seen the amalgamation of land previously owned by the City of Greater Geraldton, Mid West Development Commission, the Public Transport Authority of WA and DevelopmentWA into a six hectare precinct that aims to connect the Geraldton CBD and the Batavia Coast Marina waterfront.

Civcon are currently undertaking the site works for Stage 2, Phase 1, which include the removal, relocation and expansion of servicing infrastructure to support future development. More specifically, our works involve service location and investigation, earthworks, main drainage relocation, sewer pressure main installation and reticulation, irrigation main line relocation, roadworks and reinstatements.

Ultimately, Phase 1 is expected to see 19 lots developed including a range of mixed-use lots, residential apartments and single residential lots. The mixed-use precinct will offer a new destination to meet and socialise, supported by new residential living options and commercial outlets.
