Two stages of the Warrington Road subdivision were awarded to Civcon in mid-2020, a welcome addition to our growing Urban Developments portfolio. The project required earthworks and civil works in preparation for additional stages of a new residential development in Byford. The scope of works included but was not limited to:

• Demolition and removal of existing structures

• Disconnection of existing services

• Earthworks including cut to fill placement and compaction of imported fill

• Subgrade preparation and detailed earthworks

• Construction of new road pavements, bituminous and asphalt seals, kerbing and footpaths, and retaining walls

• Stormwater drainage including installation of new, tie into and replacement of, existing

• Supply and installation of Power, NBN, and Water services

• Preparation for connection to existing services.
