IWSS Serpentine Valve Replacement

This project involved the construction of a valve complex including excavation and installation of DN1200 and DN1000 pipe and connecting the new valve complex to the existing water mains.

The site was located near the intersection of Jarrah Road and Riverview Road in East Victoria Park, and was within close proximity to residential properties. The project team liaised directly with residents to inform them about upcoming working stages, maintained access to local roads and properties, and implemented dust and noise management plans, to minimise the impact of construction activities to the local community.

This project is another example highlighting Civcon’s capabilities in delivering complex underground infrastructure, close to residential properties and within a restricted construction site.
