Rokeby Road Sewer Installation

Civcon were engaged by Blackburne to undertake this project which involved the installation of a DN300 Gravity Sewer Main on Rokeby Road, from Churchill to Roberts Road.

The purpose of the new service was to cater for a sizeable increase in residential and business development in the area. That includes the new ‘One Subiaco’ commercial and residential development, which will contain 12 retail tenancies and one office tenancy below 235 apartments.
