Whitby Stage 3A Subdivision

Civcon were awarded this land subdivision project in July 2020 for Golden Group. The project is located in Whitby which is within the Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale. Whitby contains 500 hectares of land that will be transformed over the next 15 years into the region’s new residential, social and economic heart which will provide homes, schooling and shops to over 10,000 people.

Civcon were appointed as the head contractor to complete the land subdivision works and all related earthworks and civil works,
